Booking Fees and Rental Agreement

On-Site Security: $200

Non-Refundable Deposit: $500

Booking Fees and Payment Methods

Included in All Rentals:

  • Up to 12 round 60 inch tables (seats 8 people each)

  • Up to 100 Chairs

  • Up to 4 rectangular 6-ft tables (for food or display)

  • Bluetooth Speaker for music (optional if you are not using a DJ)

Optional Rental Add-Ons:

  • Tablecloths  ($10.00 each - black or white)

  • Chair Covers ($5.00 each - black or white)

  • Large cooler ($10.00)

  • Small cooler ($5.00)

  • Roll-around cooler ($10.00)

  • Event space clean up after your party ($250-$350 price varies depending on # of rooms rented)

  • Food Servers ($250 and up)

  • Highboy Tables  ($10.00 each)

  • Highboy Tablecloth ($5.00 - black or white)

  • 10x10 tent ($125)

Rental Agreement

​​Important Notes

  • If any rules are broken, the party will be immediately shut down with no refund.

  • If the event begins after 7pm, has over 50 guests and includes the consumption of alcoholic beverages, security is mandatory.

Cleaning & Exit

  • You are responsible for cleaning the event space after your event.

  • All trash must be removed, and tables/chairs folded and returned to their original positions.

  • If the space is not returned in the same condition, your damage deposit will be withheld.

 

Timeliness

  • Events must end promptly at agreed upon ending time.

  • No extra minutes are allowed. Late closure will result in loss of $400 refundable damage deposit.

 

Setup & Décor

  • No glitter, confetti, or loose decorative materials. This will result in a full deposit loss.

  • No deliveries (decor, chairs, etc.) before your agreed start time, unless extra time is purchased.

  • Table coverings are required. A $10 fee will be charged per uncovered table.

 

Equipment Care

  • All tables and chairs are provided in good working condition.

  • You are financially responsible for any items that are bent, broken, or damaged by you or your guests.

 

Prohibited Behavior & Items

  • Do not touch the TVs.

  • No gang-affiliated behavior or attire will be tolerated.

  • No face coverings/masks allowed.

  • No children running in hallways; they must be escorted to restrooms by an adult.

  • No weapons of any kind (guns, knives, tasers, mace, etc.) are allowed on the premises. If any are found, the event will be shut down immediately without a refund.

  • No drinking outside or in front of the property. The event must remain in the designated rental area.

 

Final Notes​

  • We expect all renters to respect the space.

  • If everything is in order after your event, the $400 damage deposit will be refunded within 3 business days.
